Available Job Position: Site Supervisor

FPlus is seeking an experienced and reliable Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on residential, hospitality, and renovation construction sites.. We specialize in high-quality residential and hospitality projects in Athens and Mykonos, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for thoughtful design and technical excellence.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and construction crews (in-house and subcontractors).
- Ensure that work is executed according to architectural and engineering drawings, technical specifications, and aesthetic standards.
- Monitor project timelines, report progress to the project engineer, and ensure daily goals are met.
- Manage deliveries and materials on-site; verify quantities and quality upon receipt.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and hygiene regulations on-site.
- Coordinate closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Resolve technical and on-site issues efficiently and proactively.
- Maintain site diary, daily reports, and work records.
Requirements
- Diploma or certificate from a technical school (e.g. Civil Works Technician, Vocational Training Institute, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in residential, hotel, or high-spec renovation projects.
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
- Experience with premium materials, finishes, and detailed construction methods.
- Proven leadership skills in managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., MS Office, email) – knowledge of Autocad is a plus.
- Valid driving license.
