Available Job Position: Mid Experience Civil Engineer

FPlus is seeking a talented and motivated Civil Engineer to join our growing team on a long-term basis. We specialize in high-quality residential and hospitality projects in Athens and Mykonos, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for thoughtful design and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, initiation, and execution of multiple construction and facility projects.
• Participate in proposal development and the offering process.
• Coordinate with internal teams (facility management, engineering, safety, etc.) and external vendors to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Manage resource allocation (personnel, equipment, materials) to meet project goals.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial performance reports—ensuring delivery within budget without compromising quality or safety.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, including budgetary, scheduling, safety, and compliance challenges.
• Ensure high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle in alignment with industry and facility management best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven experience in contract negotiation and vendor management.
• Strong understanding of construction operations and project lifecycle management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Competency in MS Office and related engineering tools.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
