Available Job Position: Mid Experience Architect

FPlus is seeking a talented and motivated Architect to join our growing team on a long-term basis. We specialize in high-quality residential and hospitality projects in Athens and Mykonos, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for thoughtful design and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all phases of architectural design, from concept development to detailed construction documentation.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to deliver creative and functional design solutions.
• Prepare and review drawings, mood boards, technical details, and permit documentation.
• Ensure compliance with current Greek building codes and permitting procedures.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to design presentations and 3D visualizations (a plus).

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in architectural design studies.
• Strong design skills across different project phases and scales.
• Excellent knowledge of Greek building legislation and the permitting process.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Rhino, Revit, SketchUp, or equivalent).
• Experience with 3D visualization tools is considered an asset.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
